Refund Policy
Purpose
This policy sets out the conditions under which a payment made to KO Fight Camp (the "Provider") may be refunded. It supplements the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Payment structure
Stays are billed in two parts: a deposit paid at booking to secure the spot, then a balance paid according to the agreed terms (generally on arrival at the camp).
Deposit — non-refundable
The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation by the Client. It covers organizational costs, administrative management and commitments made with partner providers in Thailand as soon as the booking is confirmed. This rule applies in particular in the event of cancellation before arrival at the camp, no-show on the agreed date, or change of mind — unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
Balance — refund conditions
| Situation | Balance refund |
|---|---|
| Cancellation by the Client before arrival at the camp | Refunded 100% if already paid |
| Cancellation by the Provider (force majeure, camp closure, safety reasons) | Refunded 100% |
| Service not delivered due to the Provider | Refunded 100% |
| Actual arrival at the camp / services started | Non-refundable |
| Early departure at the Client's initiative | Non-refundable |
| Client excluded for failing to follow safety rules | Non-refundable |
Force majeure
In the event of an occurrence making the stay impossible (natural disaster, decision by the authorities, pandemic, border closure), the Provider will first offer to reschedule the stay at no charge. Failing an agreement, the balance will be refunded; the deposit may be retained to cover costs already incurred.
Request procedure
Any request must be sent by email to contact@kofightcamp.com, stating the Client's name, the booking reference, the dates of the stay concerned and the reason for the request.
Processing times
The request is processed within 7 business days of receipt. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on banking timelines.
Disputes
Any dispute must be raised in writing within 15 days of the scheduled end of the stay.
